Privacy information: staying in touch about our airport neuroinclusion research
Welcome Brain Consulting is conducting research in partnership with London City Airport into how airports can become more neuroinclusive.
Welcome Brain Consulting Ltd is the data controller for the personal information collected through this contact form.
If you choose to leave your details, we will use them only for the purposes you select on the form, such as receiving updates about the research or being contacted about opportunities to take part in future research.
What information do we collect?
We may collect:
your email address;
your name, if you choose to provide it; and
your preferences about the types of research contact you would like to receive.
Your survey answers remain separate
The contact form is separate from the main airport neuroinclusion survey.
We do not use your contact details to identify your survey response, and the contact form does not contain information that allows us to match your contact details with your answers to the main survey.
How will we use your details?
We will only use your contact information for the purposes you selected when completing the contact form.
We will not use these details to identify your answers to the main research survey.
Who will have access?
Access to contact details will be restricted to authorised people at Welcome Brain Consulting who need access to manage the research and related communications.
Contact details will not be routinely shared with London City Airport.
If there is a future reason to share personal information with London City Airport or another organisation, Welcome Brain Consulting will ensure that an appropriate data-protection basis and any necessary safeguards are in place before doing so.
How long will we keep your information?
We will keep your contact details only for as long as they are needed for the purposes for which you provided them.
We will review the contact list at least every 24 months and delete details that are no longer required.
Your rights
You can ask us to stop contacting you or request that your contact details are deleted at any time.
You can also contact us if you have any questions about how your personal information is being used.
